CANCELLATION POLICY
Ticket sales deadline is Sunday October 29th. Minimum 15 ticket sales required for trip to go ahead. If minimum tickets have not been sold by Sunday October 29th the trip will be cancelled and ticket holders will receive a full refund.
Tickets are a final sale. Tickets may be transferred to another name if the original ticket holder can no longer attend. If ticket holder name change is required it is the responsibility of the original ticket holder to update the information with Prairie Sprinter.
In the event that Foremost Theatre must cancel the event and refunds are issued to the ticket holder (Prairie Sprinter) then this refund will be passed along to the booked guests.

Foremost Theatre is located in Foremost, approximately 1 hour south west of Medicine Hat.
Please note that group size and experience availability will be determined by current Covid-19 health measures in place at the time of tour departure.
