Toast to the season with an evening of Cocktails and Constellations!

Your experience begins at Grit City Distillery - Master Distiller Jen will lead you on a tour of the distillery to learn how Grit City's signature spirits are created. Then, head to the tasting room for a cocktail flight and a plate of delicious appetizers to enjoy. The November night sky awaits - and so does the Eagle Butte Observatory, so its time to hop on the bus!

At the Eagle Butte Observatory you'll be introduced to the stars with a night sky presentation lead by owner and Amateur Astronomer Rod DeVries. Get connected to the dark sky wonders that are above us and the constellations visible in the November sky with Rod's expert knowledge. If the sky is clear you will get to take a peek through a telescope and catch a glimpse of space. If the weather is unfavourable not to worry - the experience inside the observatory is unmatched and you will leave with both a fantastic knowledge of the night sky and wonderful memories of your evening.

When the experience at Eagle Butte Observatory ends you will board the bus to return to your vehicle at Grit City.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Ticket sales deadline is Monday November 13th. Minimum 12 ticket sales required for trip to go ahead. If minimum tickets have not been sold by November 13th the trip will be cancelled and ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Tickets are a final sale. Tickets may be transferred to another name if the original ticket holder can no longer attend. If ticket holder name change is required it is the responsibility of the original ticket holder to update the information with Prairie Sprinter.

 

IMPORTANT IMFORMATION

Parking at Grit City Distillery is limited. Additional parking is just across the street at the Silver Buckle parking lot or on the street around the corner from Grit City on 8th Avenue SE.

Arrive at Grit City early and enjoy dinner! The distillery tour begins at 6pm so ensure you arrive early enough to enjoy your meal.

Dress warm for the weather for the Eagle Butte Observatory portion of the evening. If weather permits the evening will include both indoor and outdoor experiences.
