Terms of Service

All trip prices are for “direct” trips with one pickup and one drop-off point.

We reserve the right to limit our pickup and drop off locations in Calgary on a daily basis.

Our Loyalty card is for full fare rides and can not be used with coupons or other promotions. Upon paying you will receive a punch card, with every one way trip paid you will get a punch after 5 punches you will get a one way fare at half price.

Children 10 years and under receive a $10 discount. They do not get a loyalty card as they are already recieving a discounted price.

When making a booking for an Unaccompanied child, the person identified to meet the child must present identification. Receiving parties must be at the pick-up point 15 minutes prior to Scheduled Arrival Time!

Smoking is not permitted.

Advanced bookings are always recommended.

Any passengers who are deemed intoxicated will not be permitted to board. In addition, any passengers caught with open-alcohol in the van will be ejected immediately. FARE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

Passengers are responsible for verifying that their luggage is loaded / unloaded by the bus driver. Prairie Sprinter Shuttle Service assumes no liability for lost or damaged luggage.

If your flight gets cancelled or delayed please call (403) 487-1312 or (877) 333-3238 or e-mail [email protected] to let us know. These numbers are both monitored 24/7. We do require a 12 hour cancellatoin notice if your cancelation or change in pickup is do to an airline cancelation or delay, we will take this into consideration regarding any refunds or charges. There is a $5 service fee for refunds.

Poor weather and/or road conditions can close the highway a number of times during the year.Any extra expense,( waiting for the road to open or en route), is paid for by the client.. Prairie Sprinter Shuttle Service will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay due to causes beyond its control.. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control:

  • Missed flights due to transportation delays (flight insurance is highly recommended)
  • Accidents causing delays to the vehicle.
  • Exceptional or severe weather conditions including snow or flood.
  • Compliance with requests of the police.
  • Deaths and accidents on the road.
  • Vandalism and terrorism.
  • Unforeseen traffic delays.
  • Industrial action by third parties.
  • Problems caused by other customers.
  • Other circumstances affecting passenger safety.
  • The list is not exhaustive.

Prairie Sprinter Shuttle Service may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting without notice to you. Each time you visit this Site, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions as they exist on the date of your visit. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then-current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
