CANCELLATION POLICY
Ticket sales deadline is Friday October 13th. Minimum 12 ticket sales required for trip to go ahead. If minimum tickets have not been sold by Friday October 13th the trip will be cancelled and ticket holders will receive a full refund.
Tickets are a final sale. Tickets may be transferred to another name if the original ticket holder can no longer attend. If ticket holder name change is required it is the responsibility of the original ticket holder to update the information with Prairie Sprinter.
In the event that Blues At The Bow must cancel the event and refunds are issued to the ticket holder (Prairie Sprinter) then this refund will be passed along to the booked guests.
